The Bill (Reg. No5476) submitted by the People´s Deputy K. Bondarev suggests the amendments to the clause 205 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine by a new part, implementing the liability for "presentation of own documents, orders for the state register of entrepreneurs without the intention to conduct business activity." Moreover, it is suggested to introduce the amendments to the clause 112 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine regarding the investigative jurisdiction.
The Committee members deem that in case the Bill is adopted, we would face mitigation and not strengthening of persons liability that intentionally present their documents for the fake enterprise.
